  • Free shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the continental United States. (excluding Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.)
  • We do not ship via USPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Currently, we only ship to United States and Canada. For Canada, please call us at (760) 438-7000.

Standard Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $350

  • Free shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the continental United States. (excluding Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.)
  • We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Orders typically ship within 2 business days. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. All Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select orders will ship by the following business day.
  • If you place your order over the weekend or on a holiday, your order will not start processing until the following business day. Your order will be delayed if your shipping address is a PO Box. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, someone will be in contact with you for a physical shipping address. If we cannot reach you to obtain a physical shipping address we will cancel your order.

Cancelling an Order

Before Your Order Ships

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships by calling us at (760) 438-7000. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and will process a full refund to your original payment method.


After Your Order Has Shipped

Once your order has been packaged and loaded onto the carrier, we're unable to cancel it. However, you have two options:

  1. Reroute the package — We can arrange to have the package returned to us or redirected to a different address (only if the original address was provided in error). Please note: the customer is responsible for all rerouting fees charged by the shipping carrier. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Refuse delivery — You can refuse the package upon delivery. Once it's returned to us, we'll process a refund minus any return shipping costs. No shipping label will be provided for returns.

Processing Times

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the cancellation.

Where We Ship

  • United States:
    Orders ship UPS ground within 2 business days. Expedited orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) will ship the following business day. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will start processing on the following business day. Hawaii and Alaska: Orders ship UPS 2nd Day Air within 1 business day. If you would prefer to ship UPS Ground please call us at (760) 438-7000 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.
  • Canada:
    We currently do not offer shipping to Canada on the store. However you can contact us directly and we will be happy to process the order for you over the phone. We can be reached M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm EST at (760) 438-7000.
  • International Orders:
    We currently do not offer shipping to these locations on the store. However you can contact us directly and we will be happy to process the order for you over the phone. We can be reached M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm EST at (760) 438-7000.
