Return and Refund Policy

No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original sales invoice enclosed with the returned products. 

Mighty Mule merchandise purchased from the www.mightymule.com may only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.  We do not issue credit for expedited shipping cost.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Returned items must be unused, in undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, documentation, hardware and other included components.  No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original Nice sales invoice enclosed with the returned products.  Customers are responsible for the return freight.  To obtain an RA number for products that are unused and a refund is requested please call our Customer Service Department at (760) 438-7000, Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 4:00pm PST.  
 

Any defective product that is within the original manufacturer’s warranty will be replaced with an equivalent item; no refunds are offered for defective products.  To obtain an RA number for defective products call our Technical Service Department at (760) 438-7000, Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 4:00pm PST.

Please be aware that any items received without an RA number, is damaged or appears to be used will not be credited and will be disposed of.

Nice will ship domestic warranty Replacement RA’s as necessary via ground freight. International and customers outside the continental United States with RA replacement needs will be responsible for international freight and duty charges from Nice to their location.
