Before Your Order Ships
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships by calling us at (760) 438-7000. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and will process a full refund to your original payment method.
After Your Order Has Shipped
Once your order has been packaged and loaded onto the carrier, we're unable to cancel it. However, you have two options:
- Reroute the package — We can arrange to have the package returned to us or redirected to a different address (only if the original address was provided in error). Please note: the customer is responsible for all rerouting fees charged by the shipping carrier. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Refuse delivery — You can refuse the package upon delivery. Once it's returned to us, we'll process a refund minus any return shipping costs. No shipping label will be provided for returns.
Processing Times
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the cancellation.
