How It Works

Submit a photo or video of your completed Mighty Mule Gate Opener setup on this page along with your honest review. Once your submission is confirmed, we will send you a free Mighty Mule transmitter as a thank you for taking the time to share your setup with us.

This is not a paid endorsement. We are not incentivizing a positive review. Your review should reflect your genuine experience with the product. If you submit a negative review, you will still receive the transmitter as long as your submission includes a qualifying photo or video of your completed Mighty Mule Gate Opener setup.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry if the media provided does not depict our product or does not clearly show the gate setup.

Rights Grant

By entering this campaign, you grant Nice (including Mighty Mule) the right to use, redistribute, reproduce, display, edit, remove, or otherwise utilize your submitted photos, videos, testimonials, or other content ("User Submissions") in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology, for any purpose whatsoever, including promotional and marketing use across our website, social media, email, and partner syndication channels (including Home Depot, Tractor Supply, and other retailers). No compensation or further authorization is required.

User Submissions may be accessible to and viewed by others, whether or not they are published. Nice does not guarantee confidentiality of any submitted content. You are solely responsible for your own User Submissions and their content.

Nice reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether submissions are appropriate, comply with our standards, and whether they will be published or removed. By submitting, you confirm that the photo or video depicts your own Mighty Mule gate setup and that you have the rights to all content within the submission.
