  • Opens heavy gates other openers can't handle β€” supports single swing gates up to 18 ft long or 850 lbs. Works on ornamental, chain-link, tube, vinyl, and wood gates.

  • Opens in 14 seconds β€” get in and out without waiting. Fast 90-degree opening gets your gate out of your way quickly (actual speed varies by gate weight).

  • Control from anywhere with your phone β€” add the MMS100 Wireless Connectivity Kit and use the Nice G.O. App to open, close, or check your gate remotely. Let in guests or deliveries from anywhere.

  • Open with your car's built-in buttons β€” HomeLink integration means you never need to grab a remote. Your gate opens as you pull into the driveway.

  • Install it yourself with 3D guidance β€” follow the interactive BILT 3D instructions and online how-to videos. No contractor, no electrician, no specialized tools.

  • Run on free solar power (optional) β€” add Mighty Mule solar panels to reduce electricity costs and keep your gate operational during power outages. Reliable off-grid operation.

  • Built to last, backed by 18 months β€” heavy-duty construction with UL325 safety certification. Stops automatically on contact with people, pets, or vehicles.

  • ⚠️ Not for solid surface gates. This opener is rated for gates with less than 30% solid surface coverage. Solid gates create wind resistance that can overload the motor.
